Our licensing model is essentially a revenue share model, based on the mutual development and resources required to take your application to market.

For those software vendors that are tight on time and resources, you may decide to engage with GreenButton on a fully managed service, whereas those who have everything they need to cloud-enable their application may opt for the simple SDK build option - it's your choice. If you want to do it all, then you can take most of the revenue - if you want us to do the work, then the revenue share will reflect this. Regardless, we certainly aim to make this as attractive as possible for software vendors to ensure real business benefits are realized.

We work with you to help determine that share and the mutual workloads, for which we then determine the price or licensing options required for end users to use the GreenButton service.
